The process of selecting offshore staff is very similar to hiring employees locally. We ensure our process is straightforward yet effective for your convenience.

Brief & Scope

To achieve the perfect hire, we need to understand your business inside and out. We’ll take a close look at your goals, processes, staffing needs, and operational requirements. We’ll then conduct a scoping call to dive deep into your requirements. We’ll review the job description, necessary qualifications, technical skills, software and hardware needs, and your budget.

Source & Shortlist

Based on your brief, our recruitment team will headhunt candidates through a variety of methods. Every candidate undergoes a thorough interview process to ensure they match the required skills, communicate effectively, and fit your company culture. Those who pass are then shortlisted to be interviewed by your local Australian team. We’ll keep adding candidates to the pool until you find the perfect fit.

Interview & Selection

At this stage, you’re in the driver’s seat, conducting the interview process just as you would for a local hire. For technical roles, we recommend a skills test to thoroughly evaluate the candidates’ accuracy and ability. We’ll provide best practice suggestions to help you achieve the best results.

Select & Appoint

Once you’ve identified your perfect-fit, we’ll work with you to prepare a formal job offer, outlining the terms of employment, salary, benefits, and any other necessary details. This ensures that both you and the candidate are fully aligned on all aspects of the role. Whether you choose to hire directly or utilise our EOR services, we can either support you through this process or handle everything for you entirely.

Post hire support

Direct Hire

If you choose to hire directly, your new employee will be yours to manage like any other local team member. We’ll ensure a smooth onboarding, but you’ll have full control over their tasks, evaluations, and career growth. We’ll conduct a monthly check in to assess your new employee’s performance and suitability for the role

Employer of Record

We’ll get your new employeeup to speed on your policies, procedures, and processes. We’ll also help break the ice between you and your new team member, and set up communication and training tips. Then, it’s your turn to coach, train, and guide your fresh, team member
Whilst you will be managing your employee’s day to day duties, along with the rest of your team, we’ll offer extra support and ensure your employee delivers solid, ongoing reporting. We’ll keep pitching in to boost productivity through better processes and team connections. We’ll check in at 1, 3, 6, and 12 months to keep things on track and ramp up performance.
