Other providers are not always upfront about the true cost of their services, especially when it comes to how much they add on top of employee salaries. These hidden fees can really bump up the final bill. What may seem link a good deal upfront, often includes extra charges for setup, transactions, middle management, tech, office space, overtime, and compliance.

We aim to change this with complete transparent pricing

However you decide to hire your new employee, their salary will be passed through to you at cost, with no margin on top. We will communicate the cost of each candidate throughout the process.

Recruitment

For recruitment only services we have a flat fee of 15% which is calculated on the candidates annual salary. This comes with a 3 month guarantee period.
Inclusions:
  • Initial consultation & role scoping session
  • Job description creation, review and optimisation
  • Headhunting and sourcing candidates
  • Resume screening and initial candidate evaluation
  • Conducting interviews and assessments
  • Coordinating any required skills tests
  • Reference checks and background verification
  • Negotiating offers and finalising employment terms
  • Onboarding assistance
  • Providing ongoing support and monthly check ins

Employer of Record Services

If you choose to take us up on our EOR services to hire your new employee we have a flat fee of $250 USD per month which is billed in the currency of your choice. The EOR fee is charged on top of the candidate’s salary which is passed through to you at cost (no margin on top) and covers our costs and legal liability to employ via our legal entity, run payroll, administer government benefits, insurance, and offer HR support.

  • Compliance management to ensure adherence to local labor laws and regulations
  • Payroll administration, including calculation and processing of wages
  • Benefits administration, such as health insurance and retirement plans
  • Recruitment and onboarding support for new hires
  • HR support, including handling employee inquiries and performance management
  • Risk management to mitigate legal and financial risks associated with employment
  • Global expansion support for companies entering new markets
  • Administrative support for employee records and documentation

At The Skill Gap Squad, we strive to customise the best solution to support your new employee and meet your business needs. Our services can be provided individually or bundled together, depending on your requirements.

Contractors

If your business needs are project-based, we can help you find the best talent to meet your requirements. We follow the same rigorous recruitment process, including applicable skills tests, to ensure quality and reduce risk, unlike using third-party providers. Our standard recruitment fee of 15% is calculated and billed based on the length of the project. Payroll support for your contractor is available for $50 USD per month.

Office Space

Throughout our recruitment process, we ensure candidates are set up to work effectively remotely, including having a dedicated workspace and high-speed internet. If you are concerned about your employees’ working environment, we offer office space options:
  • Shared office space in Manila: Starts at $100 USD per person per month.
  • Private office space: Starts at $150 USD per person per month.

Hardware/Equipment

While candidates may have their own devices, you may prefer to provide one to ensure continuity of work. We can help you find the best solution based on your needs:
  • Purchase: Prices depend on specifications. We can provide a competitive quote through our preferred suppliers. You will own the device, and if the agreement is terminated, the employee's final pay will be withheld until the equipment is returned.
  • Rental: Equipment can be rented monthly through us, starting at $50 USD per month (variable based on specifications).
